I am unable to attempt the Quiz. Why?
Registration for the Quiz is open continuously. However, the Quiz for the month is open only for two days during the first weekend of every month. If you are trying the Quiz when it is not open, you will not be able to attempt the quiz.
Why am I unable to view the quiz page properly on my smartphone?
There is no smartphone app for the Quiz. However, you can attempt the Quiz by using the browser on your phone. For best experience and smooth interface use a browser on your laptop or desktop. Make sure to use landscape mode (horizontal) by tilting or rotating your phone. “Auto Rotate” function can be enabled from your smartphone’s display settings.
What it the time limit for the quiz?
Quiz is time bound. You get 15 minutes to complete the quiz. A timer will be displayed in the top-right corner of the page. Occasionally the timer display may show some time remaining but the Quiz will quit only after 15 mins.
I am getting a “Quiz not assigned to your group” error. What should I do?
This error can be fixed simply by resetting your login password. Go to the quiz login page https://cerg.org.in/Quiz/ and click on “Forgot password?”. Enter your registered email address and click on “Reset Password”. A new password will be sent to your email address. Use the new password to login to the quiz.
How do I know how much I have scored?
You will get an email immediately after completing the Quiz with your score.
When do I get to know the correct answers to the questions?
Answers and detailed explanations of the questions can be viewed in the answer sheet. Participants can view their answers and the correct answers after the end of the quiz i.e. after 6:00 pm on the final day of the quiz.
How can I view the answer sheet?
To view your answer sheet login to quiz and check the “Result” section on the left-hand side of the page. Participants can view their answers and the correct answers after the end of the quiz i.e. after 6:00 pm on the final day of the quiz.
Will I receive a Certificate of Participation?
No. Due to the very large number of participants, it is not possible for us to award participation certificates. However, Certificate of Accomplishment is being awarded to all those who have secured 60 % or above.
I don't see the save button for the last question. How do I save the question?
The last question does not have a save button. Your answer to the last question will get saved on clicking "SUBMIT".
